Grooming and training sessions should be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Boarding during school holidays requires 2-3 weeks notice due to high demand. Daycare can often accommodate same-day bookings.
Dogs must have current C5 vaccination. Cats require F3. We ask for proof upon first visit. If your pet cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, please discuss alternatives with us.
Absolutely. We encourage it. Tours run Tuesday and Thursday at 10am and 2pm, or by appointment. See where your pet will stay and meet our team before committing.
