Born From a Simple Belief
Mountain Prism began in 2014 when founder Rebecca Torres noticed something troubling. Most pet care facilities operated like assembly lines, prioritising volume over individual attention. Pets were processed, not cared for.
She envisioned something different: a space where every dog gets their favourite sleeping position noted, where cats have hiding spots for when they feel overwhelmed, where staff remember each animal by name and quirk.
What started as a small grooming studio in Brisbane has grown into a comprehensive care centre. But our core philosophy remains unchanged: treat every pet as if they were our own.
